How we think about care at Amberfield
We do not believe in one-size-fits-all care packages. When a family first reaches out to us, we take time to understand the individual's current health status, daily habits and the family's level of involvement. From there, we suggest a combination of services that makes sense — and we stay open to adjusting it as circumstances change.
Our care model is built on consistency: the same staff, the same routines, the same faces each day. We find this matters enormously to elderly residents, particularly those experiencing any degree of cognitive change. Stability, in our experience, is itself a form of care.
SERVICE 01
Personal Care Suite
Private residential accommodation at our Subang Jaya facility with full personal care support. Designed for elderly individuals who benefit from consistent daily assistance and a structured but comfortable routine.
Each resident has their own room and a care plan developed in collaboration with the family. Daily life at Amberfield is shaped to feel normal — not clinical. Meals are prepared with dietary needs in mind, and residents are supported at their own pace.

SERVICE 02
Night Watch Service
Overnight supervision by a trained care worker, available both within our Subang Jaya facility and as an outreach service for elderly individuals at home in Selangor. Ideal for families who need someone present during sleeping hours for safety and peace of mind.
Staff assigned to Night Watch are specifically trained for nighttime comfort protocols — they understand how to respond calmly and minimise disruption while maintaining safety. The service can be booked for individual nights or arranged on a recurring basis.

SERVICE 03
Health Monitoring Retainer
A monthly retainer covering regular health check-ups and ongoing monitoring for elderly individuals — available whether they are residents at Amberfield or living at home. Designed to catch changes early and keep families informed before small issues become significant ones.
Our nursing staff conduct routine checks and keep structured records, which are reviewed against each individual's baseline. We coordinate with the individual's primary care physician to ensure continuity, and produce a written summary report each month for the family.
