Amberfield is a care home and assisted living service provider operating at 18 Jalan USJ 9/5T, 47620 Subang Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia. We offer residential care, overnight supervision, and health monitoring services to elderly individuals and their families. References to "we", "us" or "our" throughout this document refer to Amberfield.

2. Use of This Website

This website is intended to provide general information about Amberfield and our services. You may use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to:

We aim to respond to all enquiries within two business days during our operating hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM).

5. Service Agreements

Engagement of any Amberfield service is subject to a separate written service agreement between Amberfield and the client or their authorised representative. The terms of such agreements take precedence over any general information published on this website. Service pricing, care plans, and terms are discussed and agreed during the onboarding process before any service commences.

Current indicative pricing is as follows:

• Personal Care Suite — RM 3,500 per month
• Night Watch Service — RM 200 per night
• Health Monitoring Retainer — RM 450 per month

Pricing is subject to change. Confirmed pricing will be stated in your individual service agreement.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, branding elements, and layout, is the property of Amberfield or its licensed providers. You may not reproduce, republish, or distribute any portion of this website without our prior written consent. Brief quotations for the purpose of news reporting or academic reference are permissible, provided the source is clearly attributed.
